FORCE MAJEURE

“Force Majeure” means, in relation to Products4Nails, any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Products4Nails. If Products4Nails is affected by Force Majeure, Products4Nails shall be entitled to, and may in its sole and absolute discretion, vary or cancel any applicable Services. Payment of any refund by Products4Nails to the Client as a result of the non-performance of any of Products4Nails’s obligations hereunder shall remain at its sole and absolute discretion.
