Refund policy
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All returns must be done strictly within 7 business days of the receipt of the goods delivery date. Goods must be unused, undamaged and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of cosmetics, make-up brushes, or nail care tools, unless they are sealed in their original packaging.
Returns and/or Exchanges conditions:
We are happy to return and/or exchanges products in the following instances:
- The incorrect product has been delivered to you.
- The product delivered to you is damaged or defective.
- The product has the incorrect size or specifications.
Due to the nature of our products, items that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned unless the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened beauty or personal care products.
Please contact us on the same day you open the parcel or notice a problem. For a prompt response and ease of mind, kindly send us some photos to WhatsApp 066 376 6085 to review. Refund and/or replacement will commence after your photo/s are received. Any damage incurred to this product upon inspection by us may result in disqualification of return or refund. If the above cannot be achieved for any reason, please get in touch with us at on support@product4nails.co.za and we are more than happy to attend to each case accordingly.
Returning a Product, the following options are available for your convenience:
- The product can either be replaced/exchanged to you.
- Your account can be credited.
- Refunded the purchased amount to you.
- Also state if you would like the product to be collected, the address from where the product should be collected from.
There will be a 15% handling fee charged on exchanged or returned items.
Acknowledgement of receipt and inspection outcome
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an E-Mail and WhatsApp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
If any items are suitably returned as aforesaid, you will receive a refund within 14 (fourteen) days, less applicable delivery charges. Kindly note that the onus remains on the purchaser to ensure that items being returned are packaged suitably for the courier and are not damaged in transit. Example is that we cannot accept any Nail Gel Polish or Polygel that has hardened during transit.
In the unlikely event that any goods received by you are damaged or defective, the said goods should be returned to Products4Nails within 7 (seven calendar) days, but preferably contact us on the same day for a prompt response and ease of mind, kindly send us some photos to WhatsApp 066 376 6085 to review. We shall then assess the goods to establish if a refund is due. Should you qualify for a refund, you will be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days, less applicable delivery charges.

Ensure that the product you returning is packed safe and securely as we will not be held liable for any losses or damages during transit.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds - Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 (fourteen) days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to confirm there is not anything outstanding on their side.
If and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@products4nails.co.za.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
