Delivery Fees:
Rates are depending on variable location within South Africa, this will be calculated at checkout once your address has been entered.
As per The Delivery Guy areas, farms, smallholdings (plots), power stations & mines will attract a higher delivery fee which will be communicated to you after your order has been placed.

Changing Of Delivery Addresses:
Changing the delivery addresses after an order has been paid for will result in a delay.
Door-to-Door Delivery (Home or Office)
We offer nationwide door-to-door delivery through Pargo and The Courier Guy from 08h00 till 17h00 at a R95.
Pargo - Pick Up Points
At a standard price of R80.50 Pargo Pick up Point is a great option. It takes about 2 to 4 working days to reach your preferred pick-up point from 08h00 till 17h00.
What to do:
- Please put in your address;
- Select between the Pick up Point or Home or Offices options NATION WIDE.
- AFTER payment is made, Pargo will automatically bring up a map with the TOP 5 closes pick up points the address you entered;
- Select the one most convenient for you to pick up your parcel from;
- You will receive SMS and/or email notification as soon as your parcel has been delivered to your chosen Pargo parcel point and is ready for collection.
- Once at pick up point, ask inside the shop at the counter for your parcel.
- All you need is your ID and the Pargo Code for that parcel. You will receive a unique Pargo Code in the SMS and/or E-Mail that informs you that your parcel is ready for collection.
- If someone else is picking up on your behave, The person collecting will have to bring your ID (or a copy) and unique Pargo Code.
- NB! Pargo holds the parcel for 8 days from the moment you receive your SMS and/or E-Mail notification. If you have not collected your parcel within 8 days, it will be returned to the sender.
- You are welcome to follow up with the courier at any time to track your parcel.
- Should you not have selected a pick up point, Pargo will select the closest pick point on your behave.
- Should you not be happy the pick-up point selected, you have TWO HOURS to change accordingly.
