I ordered 6 x Magic Remover. 1 was completely dried out and when I contacted the supplier I received a most unsatisfactory response . No apology and no effort to replace the defective item. Only when I raised my dissatisfaction with the nature of their response was an apology made, but still I have not received a replacement and was told it would be added to my next order - which I of course will not be placing.

We are sorry that our initial response did not meet your expectations. After you clarified that the sixth Magic Remover had been packed separately from the box of five, we accepted the issue and offered to replace the defective bottle at no charge.
As the replacement was a single bottle, we offered to include it free of charge with your next order rather than sending a single bottle separately at a R90 courier cost. We understand that you have chosen not to place another order, and therefore the replacement has not yet been delivered.
We nevertheless appreciate your feedback and have taken note of the way the initial complaint was handled.
